UK Delivery
UK Mainland orders are delivered through the Royal Mail, with the latest postage prices added to your order at the checkout.
Lead time for UK orders is currently 7-12 days.
If you require next day, or a shorter delivery period please email info@totellylondonbaby.com
Where possible we will do all we can to fulfil your request and will notify you of any additional costs for delivery in advance.
International
International orders are welcome and also managed through The Royal Mail, subject to their terms, fees and timetables. We can provide specific quotes and lead times for any location in advance and suggest you email info@totellylondonbaby.com before making your order.
Arrange Your Own Courier
If you would like to use your own services to collect your order from us, we will work with you to ensure your order is ready for collection. Please email info@totellylondonbaby.com for more details.
Please Note
We ask our customers to note the following:
- Customs fees/duties for orders outside if the UK may be payable to release your order. Totelly LondonBaby cannot take responsibility for any additional fees that may apply in your area.
- Please provide a correct delivery address upon placing your order, or email info@totellylondonbaby.com with any change of address.
- Art and apparel production and deliveries are effected by UK Bank holidays and periods such as Christmas and New Year. Please plan in advance to receive orders around these times.
