Bespoke Design Packages - Summary
Deliverables:
Custom-designed T-shirts and postcards.
Quantities as specified in the chosen design package.
Additional merchandise and bespoke design options are also available.
Consultation:
Includes a one-on-one design consultation.
The Design:
One lead design, printed across T-shirts and postcards.
Subject and theme defined by the customer/client (does not need to be London specific).
Design Ownership:
The created artwork files and designs remain the property of Totelly London Baby.
Copyright and ownership rights to the artwork files and designs can however, be purchased separately.
Prices:
Bespoke Design Package prices shown online include; design consultation, custom design, artworking and print management, and the delivery of the custom T-shirts and postcards.
Final prices are dependent on the design consultation, so may change.
Delivery:
Standard delivery times as specified in the package details.
Revisions:
All packages come with one set of free design revisions.
Additional revisions are thereon set at £35p/h subject to discussion.
Payment:
50% payment is required upon order confirmation after consultation.
50% payment remaining is required upon 'pre-printing sign-off' from the customer/client.
Pre-printing sign-off
All designs and artwork files for printing the T-shirts and postcards must be signed-off and approved by the customer/client before printing can commence.
Proofs and samples
Additional print proofs and samples are available, with quotes provided for each.
Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
